FREE LAND TENANCIES -
We will give you the land free of cost if you can show us that you can build on it within 3 years. You will have to pay an initial amount to cover set up, assessment and assignment fees. thereafter, you will only pay annual service charges for the land. The value of the land will be built into the value of your completed structure and whenever you wish to pass on ownership for value, you will ensure that the value of our land is extracted from that value.
SUBLEASE PER PLOT
We have some plots available on subleases for which the client pays our current rate per plot. This option allows you to pay upfront or by installments of not less than three tranches for a plot of land. there is no time on which you must build but we would encourage you to build within 5 years from securing your plot. there are no restrictions on your rights to part with or transfer your plot to another party but any such transaction must have our permission in writing. You will be charged a service charge for your plot as specified each year by the Estate Management Company

We have available land per acre which would be offered to the more discerning clients or for commercial development. These acre plots are mainly beachfront land with potential for tourism, leisure or other commercial use. This option allows you to pay upfront or by installments of not less than three tranches for the land allocated. There is no time on which you must build and there are no restrictions on your rights to part with or transfer your plot to another party. All transactions on the land must have our prior consent in writing. To apply for this option, you have to complete the application for commercial land / large plots. You will be charged a service charge for your plot as specified each year by the Estate Management Company
LAND OR PART BUILT SHELL UNITS IN THE DESIGNATED COMMERCIAL AREA
We have plans for a designated mini mall area that would be planned to accommodate a built commercial area, serviced offices and shops as well as shell units that clients can fit to their own final design specifications. These offers would be on land with potential for tourism, leisure or other commercial use. Allocation of these units are by direct negotiations.
