Philomina Twenewaa is head of our in house legal department, responsible for perfecting legal agreements, terms / conditions of sub leases and tenancies plus all documentation pertaining to client engagement with our development. Philomina is supported by a battery of external lawyers and legal experts in most aspects of real estate

SURVEYOR
Sam Ghunney is a practicing Surveyor in Ghana. He is a member of the professional association of Licensed Surveyors and comes with a wide experience of interaction with the Ghana land surveys environment. Sam is responsible for demarcation and town planning of the site, allocating grid points to each plot and ensuring a smooth navigation of the entire development
About Us
15Years and Counting
We acquired this land in 2008 after a sale by public auction mandated by the High Court of Ghana. Starting with a small set of independent buildings, we are now planning to launch a portfolio of residential and commercial units including some high rise developments.
